Villa Sunrise is an elegant villa built in a traditional Mediterranean style that offers a luxurious vacation in an authentic environment. Located on the slopes of Orlovača, surrounded by untouched nature, immortelle fields, its own orchard and organic garden, and ancient dry walls, it offers its guests a view of the blue sky and endless greenery.
The villa itself is surrounded by an impressive plot of around 1300 m2, where you can enjoy various outdoor activities. The accommodation unit has an area of around 200 m2 and offers comfortable accommodation for a total of eight people.
The villa has three modern decorated bedrooms, two of which have double beds, and one has two single beds. A comfortable sofa bed on the first floor is an extra bed for two more people. All three rooms have their own bathroom with shower.
On the first floor of the villa there is a large modern kitchen and a dining room with eight seats. The spacious living room is ideal for relaxing after dinner, watching TV or spending time with the family. A gym is available for active holiday lovers.
The courtyard of the villa is dominated by a swimming pool of 36 m2 surrounded by six deckchairs. In the yard, there is entertainment for children that will certainly delight the youngest visitors to the villa, and the greenery that stretches in front of the villa will tempt you to outdoor activities in the air.

Dubrava is a small settlement within the town of Šibenik, about 5 km from its center. Due to the ideal proximity to the sea and the old town center, Šibenik is an ideal location for tourists who want to rest in privacy away from the noise of the city. In this small settlement you have local shops and a couple of cafes.
