Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the fourth bedroom, which is also the master bedroom, is located on the second floor of Villa Sol&Mar, and has a balcony with a jacuzzi and a lounge corner where guests can enjoy the beautiful ambiance and sea view. . On the ground floor of the villa, in a bright room, there is a fully equipped and modern white kitchen, a dining room and a spacious living room with a comfortable and large corner sofa that simply invites you to relax. On the ground floor of the villa there is also a children's playroom, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and another common bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet and shower.
Through the large glass facades that separate the living room from the exterior of Villa Sol&Mar, you have access to a terrace with a dining table where guests can enjoy eating and socializing. There is also a lounge corner where guests can relax and rest under the blue sky. Next to the terrace there is a private pool of 28 m2 with the possibility of heating, where you can cool off during hot summer days, as well as an outdoor shower that you can jump into at any time and cool down quickly. In addition, just a few steps from the villa there is a beautiful pebble beach where you can jump into the sea and swim or take a diving mask and get to know the Adriatic Sea. In the fully fenced yard of Villa Sol&Mar there is also a children's playground with a trampoline, which makes this villa a perfect choice for families with children. Guests arriving by car do not have to worry because there are 4 parking spaces available in front of the villa.
