Villa Palma is an authentic villa built at the beginning of the 20th century by local farmers, surrounded by two hundred olive trees that have been standing since the 1700s, this family house was and remains the source of authentic wine and olive oil, a tradition preserved by their descendants, and whose products you can still taste today.
And so, after almost 90 years, Villa Palma underwent a complete 3-year renovation, keeping the same size, but with a swimming pool and a modern, new interior.
Today it is one of the most beautiful and best positioned villas on the Adriatic.
When you enter the spacious living room of the villa, you will be greeted by a dining table for eight people.
This room is decorated with a terracotta floor, a large leather sofa, a large screen LED TV and a kitchen in the Provencal style — all this and an impressive view of the sea through the large sliding glass doors and window.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped, with oak and terracotta accents.
The villa has four bedrooms, each with high timber-framed ceilings and modern queen-size beds, award-winning custom-made wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms with showers, and is ideal for 8 guests.
Two terraces, three balconies and a terrace around the pool are arranged on several levels, allowing you to choose between enjoying the Adriatic sun or just daydreaming in the cool shade of the trees around the property.
The pool is an infinity pool measuring 5 x 14 meters, which creates the feeling of pools and more continuous.
In front of the main house there is a covered barbecue area where you can grill fresh fish caught by local fishermen in the bay in front of the villa.
