This four-bedroom Villa with four connected bathrooms has a large kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, a living room and dining room, two balconies, a games room (table tennis, table football, darts ...), a Finnish sauna, a rain shower and a separate toilet. In front of the house there is a beautiful private courtyard with a large heated swimming pool (42 m2) with salt water and a large garden with Mediterranean plants and a barbecue. In the back of the house there is a parking lot with a basketball board.
The villa is located 6 km from the beautiful beach in Maslinica.
It is located 200 m from the town center, yet it is far enough away to be in a completely peaceful environment. In the town center there is a bakery, restaurant, supermarket and grocery stores, a market, a fish market, a clinic and a pharmacy.
The villa is designed for 8-10 guests. There is a parking lot with 2-4 parking spaces within the villa.

On the edge of the Šolta field, at the intersection of the road that connects the two most distant towns on the island, Stomorska and Maslinica, and leads to the port of Rogač, is the settlement of Grohote. The center of the town itself consists of irregular narrow streets that enclose residential buildings in partially fortified units with inner courtyards and taverns, and as such they exude a rustic, old Mediterranean charm as you walk through these same stone streets. These old valuable examples of architecture contribute to the experience of an authentic island ambience, which is why they strive to restore them with the aim of preserving traditional island architectural values.
