The fourth room is located in the basement of the villa, which is the largest room in the villa, with private bathroom and terrace. There is also a laundry on the mentioned floor. On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen, a modern living room with a fireplace and a dining room with 8 seats. Also, on the ground floor there is an atrium with barbecue, small pantry, separate toilet and dressing room. On the terrace there is an outdoor dining table with 8 seats. In the courtyard of the villa you will find a jacuzzi, a beautiful heated pool, size 3x7 m and a depth of 1.5 m, surrounded by 8 deck chairs and parasols. In the beautiful garden of the villa there are cherries, sour cherries, pomegranates, figs and a small garden with herbs and Mediterranean plants, which completes the picture of the beauty of vacation in the Mediterranean. The yard is partially fenced with concrete and wrought iron fence, stone and hedge. Villa has 4 parking spaces inside the courtyard of the villa and treadmill and fitness equipment.
