La Villa Dubrovnik is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, palm trees and cypress trees with a total area of 1400m2. The living space of 300 m2 is spread over two floors and consists of the ground floor and the first floor. The entire interior exudes elegance and luxury.
The villa has a beautiful view of the clear Adriatic Sea, and a private outdoor pool, two large terraces with indoor and outdoor dining areas, an outdoor grill and four parking spaces.
The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 double rooms including 5 bathrooms. There are five bedrooms in the main villa and one in the side annex. On the ground floor there is a spacious dining room with a table for 12 people.
On the ground floor there is one bedroom with its own bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor there is a living room and two master bedrooms with a king size bed and a private bathroom.
On the side of the house, in the annex of the villa, there is a sixth accommodation unit with a bedroom with two separate beds and a bathroom.
The exterior of the villa has a large outdoor proctor for dining and a spacious swimming pool with a wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea and neighboring islands.

Trsteno is a small town 20 km from Dubrovnik with a rich history and a beautiful arboretum botanical garden, the oldest monument of garden architecture in Croatia.
Arboretum Trsteno is known for its historical gardens and collection of Mediterranean and exotic plants, and was protected as a natural monument in 1949. It covers approximately 25 hectares and includes a Renaissance park with a summer house, a neo-romantic park from the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century, an old olive grove and natural vegetation of forest and maquis, with coastal rocks.
There are beautiful beaches in Trsten, and the most popular are Štikovica beach and Brsečine beach.
