GOLDEN RAYS is residential complex and the pioneer of luxury tourism in Dalmatia. It is made for those who are looking for luxury furnished, modern and fully equipped estates. Each of the seven villas is freestanding and features a garage for two cars, three or four bedrooms with bathrooms and balconies, a kitchen, a dining room, and a living room with a terrace, as well as a swimming pool that is partly nested in the villa and partly an open-air facility. Directly adjoining it are various extra facilities our guests may luxuriate in, such as a sauna, a fitness area or an entertainment-and-socializing area. Each villa has a usable space of approximately 370 square meters. All rooms, particularly living rooms and bedrooms, enjoy views of the beautiful bay with the peninsula to the left, the islet to the front, and a panoramic view of the sea to the right that will not leave even those of the most sophisticated tastes unmoved.

Primošten is a gorgeous little town in the Šibenik-Knin County, it was once an island, but today is a peninsula which is connected to the mainland with a causeway. Despite being a smaller town in Croatia, Primošten is extremely popular with tourists due to its rich historic and cultural heritage and breathtaking nature. Therefore, take a walk along the Street of St. George, the main street of Primošten, which leads to a hilltop where The Church of St. George is locate at, whose beautiful painted ceiling will leave you amazed.
Primošten is famous for its huge and beautiful vineyards. Apart from its vineyards, Primošten is also known for the traditional donkey race that takes place there every summer. The largest beach in Primošten is called Raduča, and its smaller part, Mala Raduča, is voted one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Croatia. The area's vineyards are currently under consideration to become a UNESCO World Heritage.The view of the Babić vines in their stone cells on the nearby slopes is a special experience and testimony to how man's hand can enrich and fertilize even the harshest landscape. On the Raduča peninsula, to the north of the town, in a pine forest, there are hotels and beaches with a wide range of facilities.
