Villa Stara is a beautiful Brač stone villa located on the coast of the beautiful island of Brač. This stunning villa offers a total of 420m2 of luxurious interior space, with four spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and king size beds. With a beautiful combination of an old stone house and maritime-style interior, luxurious amenities and exceptional service, Villa Stara is perfect for accommodating up to 8 people.
The villa boasts an impressive array of amenities, including a professional kitchen, wine cellar, living room with smart TV, sauna, and gym located on the ground floor. The villa also has an outdoor summer kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue, perfect for gathering with friends and family.
With direct access to the sea and beautiful views of the sea and the mountains, the villa's outdoor area has a beautiful garden, a 10x3m heated swimming pool with lighting and an outdoor dining table for eight. In addition, guests can enjoy three bicycles, two single kayaks and a paddle board, perfect for exploring the island's beautiful coastline. Furthermore, guests can enjoy a beautiful view of Sumartin, with the Biokovo mountain in the background, from the living room.
The villa is equipped with all modern facilities, including air conditioning, underfloor heating, Sonossound system with Bose speakers, high-speed internet and an indoor fireplace. We also offer daily cleaning services and access to a dedicated concierge available 24/7 to assist with any requests.We offer welcome package to all our guests. This package is free of charge, and features a selection of local delicacies from Brac Island, including olives, tuna, dried figs, and more. Additionally, guests will receive a fruit basket along with a bottle of Taittinger champagne. Depending on the number of guests, we may provide one or two bottles. We so also offer grocery service on the day of arrival. Please note that while the service of procuring groceries is provided at no extra charge, the cost of the groceries themselves will be borne by the customer.
