Sea star Villa is a brand new seafront stylish escape, build just 200 m from the endless blue water of Adriatic sea and with endless views on sea, small fisherman village Vinjerac and National Park Paklenica (Velebit).
In the village with about 120 permanent residents, you will find peace and joy in your intimate holidays. Guests who wish to spend an active holiday can also choose among the many hiking trails, climbing, rafting, SUP-ing, cycling, visiting four national parks within a distance of up to 100 km (Paklenica, Krka, Plitvice, Kornati), visiting the canyon of the river Zrmanja by speedboat. Also you can enjoy top-notch cuisine at the tavern Kod Pece, Vinjerac or visit Zadar, one of the most famous towns on the Dalmatian coast with a beautiful preserved old town centre and many other sights (sea organs, Roman excavations ...).
Due to the spaciousness and smart distribution of the villa, it provides the intimacy of accommodation for 12 people - at least two families or one larger family.
Villa can be used also for business purposes. You can organize meetings, courses, team buildings or just enjoy with your business partners /employees. All technical support is provided – smart board, computer, printer, internet.
A big pool (heated/cooled) and sauna (Finnish + infra) are always available – it depends on the time of season.
4 parking spaces (2 in the garage + 2 outside on parking lots) plus 4 additional parking spaces provide uninterrupted parking for all guests.

Vinjerac is a quiet small fishing village, approx. 30 km northeast of Zadar, in the middle of Dalmatia and directly on the Velebitski Canal. There is a small supermarket, two cafes and three restaurants right in Vinjerac. Vinjerac is a place of rest and relaxation, but Zadar or Zrce (the Ibiza of Croatia) is in the immediate vicinity. If the assortment in the supermarket in Vinjerac is not enough, there are other large supermarkets in Posedarje, 8 kilometers away. There are free berths for boats in Vinjerac. However, first come, first served, cannot be reserved. An excursion boat from Starigrad / Seline stops directly in Vinjerac and then drives over the Novigradski More and Karinska More directly to the Zrmanja and back again. The Zrmanja River is also known from the Winnetou films. If the choice is not enough or you feel like doing something, you can quickly reach Maslenica (8 km), Posedarje (8 km), Zadar (30 km), Starigrad (20 km) or Pag town (40 km). In addition, all national parks and attractions in Croatia can be reached within an hour. The Kornati, the Krka National Park, the Paklenica Gorge, the Plitvice Lakes, the Paklenica National Park, etc. are absolutely worth seeing. In addition, due to its favorable location to the Velebit Mountains, the place Vinjerac is also a starting point for road bike or mountain bike tours.
