The living room and dining room together with the fully equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor and have access to a covered terrace with a dining table, a charcoal grill and an inviting swimming pool. There is also a toilet on the ground floor, while the remaining bedrooms and another bathroom are located on the upper floor. One of the rooms has a beautiful balcony with a view of the pool and the surrounding area, which is certainly a great place to start the day.
The villa has a fantastic location that allows various activities. In addition, it is completely closed, offers 2 private parking spaces and is an excellent choice for your vacation in Dalmatia.

Jadrija is located between the St. Anthony on the east side and the increasingly popular Srima on the west. Jadrija is a favorite bathing spot of Šibenik residents. It offers two beautiful and long beaches to all visitors. Jadrija is registered in the register of protected Croatian cultural assets of construction.
Jadrija is one of the best places in Croatia for windsurfing; many locals have their summer houses here. Nearby towns, including Vodice and Srima, and nearby islands, including Prvić, Zlarin, Kaprije and Žirje, are ideal for day trips by public boat from Šibenik. The closest national park is Krka National Park.
