Villa Panoramica is a brand new, low energy building designed by renowned architectural studio. The design brief was to create a unique object for rest, relaxation, comfort and enjoyment.
In its 514 m2 of living space, fully air-conditioned Villa Panoramica offers accommodation for 8 guests +2 children up to 14 years on three floors. It houses 4 airy bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed, work desk, TV and a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. All bedrooms are located on the upper floor which serves as a relaxation area, offering views of the sea and the surrounding area. The stunning upper floor further features a teracce and a telescope which guests can use to observe the starry night sky as well as the beauties of the landscape and the Istrian coast. Two sofa beds are available for 2 guests. The generous open-plan ground floor of Villa Panoramica is comprised of an elegant kitchen fully equipped with high-end appliances, a dining room that offers enough seating places for all guests and a comfortable living room equipped with a large sofa, Smart TV and fireplace. Villa Panoramica's mission is to please the guest at the highest level by creating an experience based on superior accommodation and a relaxing atmosphere (privacy). From dawn with the chirping of birds to dusk refreshed by the mistral from the sea, enjoy everything the villa has to offer, a panoramic view of the sea, the nearby islands, the Ubas peninsula and Cape Kamenjak. Relaxing is made possible in the wellness area with a Finnish sauna and a spectacular shower. Furthermore, in the basement also houses a modern version of a traditional tavern with a kitchen, charcoal grill, electric and gas grill, dining room and wine corner. The villa's offer also includes a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and other necessities. Luxurious minimalism is the best term one can use to describe the sophisticated interior of Villa Panoramica, as well as its impressive exterior, offering guests absolutely everything they need for a dream vacation!
The ground floor of Villa Panoramica offers access to a large terrace with a heated infinity pool of 64 m2 where you can refresh yourself while enjoying the unsurpassed view of the glistening Adriatic Sea. Admiring the view is also possible while sunbathing on comfortable sun loungers by the pool, unwinding in the bubbling water of the jacuzzi tub or relaxing un the lounge area. Villa Panoramica lies on a fully fenced, 8240 m2 large estate adorned with rich canopies of olive and palm trees. Here you have the opportunity to have fun with your nearest and dearest on the multi-purpose playground, while two swings are available for the youngest guests. During your stay in Villa Panoramica, you are also offered the possibility of renting a boat for trips to nearby islands and exploring the beauties of the Istrian coast.
