The living room leads to a spacious terrace, which is ideal for socializing, enjoying, preparing a barbecue or drinking a cocktail by the pool. A large yard with a children's playground is also at guests' disposal.

In the spacious yard there is a children's playground as well as a swimming pool where guests can dive and enjoy the warm Croatian weather. There are deckchairs and umbrellas around the pool, ideal for relaxing by the pool and soaking up the sun. Guests who enjoy eating in the fresh air will be delighted by the open dining room on the covered terrace, which can seat eight people.
