Villa Jadrija Beach is a charming villa located near the town of Šibenik. This villa is located practically on the beach itself, and all necessities such as restaurants, markets and cafes are close at hand. Also, the city center is a 15-minute walk from the villa.

The spacious interior of this villa on the ground floor consists of an open living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have a double bed, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. Most of the interior is designed in a combination of white tones and wood, which looks fantastic during sunny hours. The kitchen is fully equipped, it even has a high chair and children's cutlery. The indoor dining room is located right next to the kitchen, while the outdoor dining room, as well as the barbecue, are located under a beautiful wooden gazebo. Large French doors bring in plenty of natural light that you will surely enjoy. The villa has private parking for 3 cars.
The outer part is also made in white, with a blue top. The blue color can be seen in the 26m2 swimming pool and on the deckchairs around it. There you can read a good book, sunbathe all day or even play a board game. Next to the pool there is also a garden furniture for drinking coffee and a fully fenced yard on three sides with a beautiful view of untouched nature.
The house is located in the beautiful town of Jadrija near Šibenik, near Krka National Park. The property is a 3-minute walk from the beautiful beach.

Jadrija is one of the best places in Croatia for windsurfing; many locals have their summer houses here. Nearby towns, including Vodice and Srima, and nearby islands, including Prvić, Zlarin, Kaprije and Žirje, are ideal for day trips by public boat from Šibenik. The closest national park is Krka National Park.
