The villa offers you luxurious accommodation for 8 people on approx. 250 m² of living space. Here you can expect 4 spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, an open living and dining area and a professional and fully equipped kitchen, which is located in the heart of the villa and connects the two wings of the building. All areas are of course equipped with air conditioning.
In the left wing there are two modern rooms on the upper floor, each with double beds and en-suite bathrooms.Here you can expect a breathtaking view of the gigantic mountains that rise above the place and our villa, the Omiška Dinara Mountains. The floor-to-ceiling windows support the wonderful views. On the ground floor of the right wing is the superior room with a double bed and also an en-suite bathroom. The room also has a south-west orientation and, due to its location on the ground floor, offers direct access to the wooden terrace and the infinity pool. In the heart of the villa on the ground floor is the professional and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need.Next to the kitchen is the dining area.
Outside you will find a 12 m long and 3 m wide heatable infinity pool, which offers a magnificent and unobstructed panoramic view over the sea and the opposite islands of Brac and Hvar. The pool is surrounded by a cozy wooden terrace, which invites you to sunbathe on the existing sun loungers. An outdoor shower with cold and hot water completes the bathing area.
The large terrace with seating directly in front of the kitchen/dining area invites you to socialize in the fresh Mediterranean air.

The villa is isolated in the beautiful nature of Dalmatia and is directly connected to various hiking and mountain biking trails. In the small town of Mimice you will find a supermarket with an integrated bakery, a post office and nice little restaurants and cafés in the quaint town centre. The two pebble beaches with crystal clear water are about 800 m from the villa and can also be reached on foot. You can find beach bars near the beaches. Both beaches are suitable for families with small children.
Mimice was founded in the 17th century, which is evidenced by numerous monuments located in the old town and near the church. The settlement has retained the charm of previous generations through its traditional architecture, traditional manifestations of the Church of Sant Roko and through the production of quality red wine.
The nearest larger town is Omiš on one side and Makarska on the other. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Omiš. Makarska can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. In about 45 minutes you can reach Split - the city of Dalmatia, with the UNESCO-protected Diocletian's Palace and the old town.
Here you can expect many attractions that make big and small hearts beat faster. From boat trips to the islands, rafting on the Cetina river, zip-line above the Cetina canyon, skywalk on the Biokovo mountain at 1,228 m, bouncy castles on the water and other water activities to many gastronomic facilities and cultural attractions. There are also wonderful hiking tours in the beautiful Dinara and Biokovo mountains - no wishes remain unfulfilled here. Don't neglect Klis Castle - here you can feel and relive the filmed scenes from the Game of Thrones series.
