Villa Dolce Vita is a modern villa located on the island of Korčula, with 270 m2 of space that is decorated with style.
The villa is only 1 km from the nearest sea, sandy and pebble beach, and it can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
The villa consists of a ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor, on the ground floor there is a laundry room with a washing machine and an iron. On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms with double beds, three of which have en suite bathrooms with showers, and the villa has another separate bathroom, also with a shower.
On the 2nd floor, you will be greeted by a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals for the whole family. In the dining room there is a dining table for 8 people. You can relax in the living room, which consists of a sofa, an armchair, a desk and a TV. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea from the living room and from two bedrooms. If necessary, the villa has a cot in one of the bedrooms.
On the outdoor terrace, you can refresh yourself in the 36 m2, 1.5 m deep swimming pool, next to which there is a sun lounger with 6 deckchairs. On the terrace there is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill, where you can try your own culinary skills in preparing traditional Dalmatian fish or meat specialties.
The owner of the villa lives on the last floor, but separately, has no view of the pool, and the guests have their complete privacy.

Lumbarda is a small fishing village located on the eastern end of the island of Korčula, a few kilometers away from the town of Korčula, in Croatia. These two places are connected by a road that passes through a picturesque area of pine forest and olive groves. The village is surrounded by sandy vineyards with the famous white wine 'Grk' produced from local grapes.
The sandy beaches of Vela Pržina, Bilin Žal and Tatinja are among the most popular in the area. The village is also a tourist center.
Lumbarda is an ideal place for a traditional Mediterranean holiday by the sea. It is ideally located for visiting Dubrovnik and Hvar, as well as the Mljet and Pelješac National Parks.
