Villa Denis offers 4 individually renovated old stone houses surrounded by fairy-tale nature and is ideal for a family vacation, offering privacy and ensuring relaxation.
The property consists of four houses that are only rented together as one unit and host up to 28 people for a unique vacation. Each villa is named according to the color of the theme: Green House, Blue House, Light Green House and Red House. The 2000 m² property has a fabulous outdoor pool with sun loungers, and you can further enjoy the outdoors by playing darts or pool, while the children have their own private playground. The outdoor grill is perfect for casual evenings with a glass of premium Istrian wine under the starry summer sky. All the houses are built in typical Istrian stone architecture, and the interior is enriched with the use of wood on the ceilings, antique furniture and design inspired by tradition.
The first four-story house has a spacious living room, dining room and open-plan kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. There are also 3 additional bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms on the upper floor. In the second house with dark green shutters, there is a kitchen and dining room on the ground floor, as well as 2 rooms on the first floor that share a bathroom - 1 bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. On the ground floor of the third house with blue shutters, there is 1 room with a double bed and one room with two single beds with a shared bathroom. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining room and lounge area with direct access to the terrace with an additional lounge area. On the ground floor of the 4th house with red clapboards there is a games room, a gym and a separate toilet. Two bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms are located on the first floor and there are 2 additional rooms (one with an extra bed), both with private bathrooms on the second floor.

Buzet is located in the north of Istria near the border with Slovenia. Its historical core, which dates back to the Middle Ages, lies on a hill that stretches above the fertile valley of the longest Istrian river, the Mirna. Today, Buzet is widely known as the city of truffles, while the forests around the Mirna River are rich in this divine tuber. Truffle Days are organized every year in September and October. On the second weekend in September, there is a large folk festival that also takes place in Buzet with a special attraction - a large omelette (also known as fritada or fritaja), this event officially marks the beginning of Truffle Day in Istria.
