The beautiful Villa Carolea with its beautiful interior and exterior decorated by the designer promises a pleasant experience in every square meter of the house. The villa offers accommodation for 8+2 people and consists of three floors (basement, ground floor and first floor) and a beautiful outdoor area with a swimming pool.
The basement consists of useful rooms such as a garage with two parking spaces, a storage room and a laundry room. On the ground floor you will find a large living room/dining room in the same room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a wellness area with a sauna. From this level you have direct access to the terrace of the villa and the pool with a pool and whirlpool.
Internal stairs lead from the entrance area to the first floor where there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds. All bedrooms have a beautiful view of the sea, are air-conditioned and have SAT TV. The villa is also suitable for a family holiday with small children, as it is equipped with a cot and a high chair. For older children or even for the entertainment of adults, there is also table tennis and bicycles. If you want to stay active on vacation, feel free to use the gym.
The very attractive outdoor area of the villa consists of a 35 m² heated pool, a jacuzzi for 5 people and a very pleasant terrace with a barbecue and seating for everyone. The sandy beach is only 850 m2 away.
