Villa Beba is a three-floor waterfront historic home, situated just outside the Walls of Old Town Dubrovnik, in the heart of the most elite residential area. With the unbeatably superb location, this recently restaurated protected heritage property is featuring an unobstructed sea view overlooking the island Lokrum, Banje beach and the beautiful Old Town Dubrovnik.
The Villa consists of the ground floor and 2 upper floors. It can accommodate up to 10 guests, and has total area of 650m2.
The Villa features five luxurious bedrooms furnished with a double bed, a TV and an air-conditioning system and which have access to their own private bathroom. Three of the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor of the villa, of which one has a walk-in closet and an exit to a balcony with a beautiful view of the Old Town Dubrovnik. The two bedrooms located on the 2nd floor of the villa are considered master bedrooms and both have a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a bathtub. The ground floor of Villa Beba features a kitchen, a dining area and a living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils so that guests can cook their favourite dishes in the villa without any problems. The tasty meals can be enjoyed with the entire family in the luxurious dining area with a round table at which 10 guests can be seated. Next to the dining area is the stylish living room furnished with a comfortable L-shaped couch, flat-screen TV, DVD-player and Hi-Fi.
The outdoor area of Villa Beba offers a one-of-a-kind view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik and the Adriatic Sea which will take your breath away. Adorning the outdoor area is the magnificent 32 m2 infinity, around the swimming pool are sun loungers on which guests can soak up the sun and enjoy the stunning view in front of them. There are several terraces in the outdoor area of Villa Beba. Villa Beba features one parking place off-site and the entire property of Villa is fenced so that guests have complete privacy during their stay.
