Villa Sibinium has a living area of 119m2 that can accommodate up to 7 guests.
From the living room, guests exit to a spacious terrace that is ideal for socializing, enjoying, preparing barbecues or drinking cocktails next to the pool. On the first floor there are a bathroom and three comfortable bedrooms, one having an exit to the balcony. In the backyard of the house there is a Mediterranean garden with olive trees, so guests have enough space for relaxation and enjoyment.
The main bedroom also has a direct exit to the terrace with a fantastic view. Guests have 2 bathrooms at their disposal. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower. A fully equipped kitchen with a luxurious dining area and a spacious living room complete the utterly charming interior offer of the Villa Sibinium. Free WiFi is available from every corner of the indoor and outdoor space.
The fully enclosed, 200 m2 large courtyard of the villa features a lovely swimming pool (7,5 x 4 ) surrounded by sun loungers where you can enjoy a refreshing swim at any time of day or night. There is outdoor dining room with barbecue. Guests also have two private parking spaces at their disposal.

Jadrija is located between the St. Anthony on the east side and the increasingly popular Srima on the west. Jadrija is a favorite bathing spot of Šibenik residents. It offers two beautiful and long beaches to all visitors. Jadrija is registered in the register of protected Croatian cultural assets of construction.
Jadrija is one of the best places in Croatia for windsurfing; many locals have their summer houses here. Nearby towns, including Vodice and Srima, and nearby islands, including Prvić, Zlarin, Kaprije and Žirje, are ideal for day trips by public boat from Šibenik. The closest national park is Krka National Park.
